I have just returned from a fairly nice stay in this privately owned hotel, updated and exceptionally comfortable rooms. Everyone is good and owner too. It has quiet and marvellous location, close enough to restaurants, groceries and gas, the outskirts of town, and a residential area which was good too. I would stay here again, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good Value for a Family Stay
We spent one night in a Superior Double or Twin Room. The air conditioning wasn't on when we arrived, leaving the room a bit warm initially. Despite some cleanliness concerns in the hallways, the staff were friendly and we appreciated the convenient location for local attractions. Consider bringing your own towels.

Would recommend for a weekend pause
Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a big screen TV and a well-maintained bathroom, allowed me to enjoy a restful night with no noise disturbances.

The location keeps you close to the essentials.
Came across some issues that really caught my eye. The hallway and stairs were quite dirty. I found no smoke alarms or fire sprinkler systems, which left me feeling a bit uneasy about safety. Arrived to a hot room with the air conditioner off, and I noticed cords dangling without covers in the room. The towels came with holes, and I observed an uncovered attic access point with exposed insulation in the hallway. It didn't feel clean or secure enough for my liking.

This budget motel is located just on the outskirts of town, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The rooms are basic but exceptionally clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Despite its dated appearance, the bathroom is well-maintained and free from any unpleasant odors. The motel offers a no-frills experience, with a comfortable bed and basic amenities such as a TV and hot water. The affordable rates make it a great option for those looking for a simple and economical place to stay.
The post-stay customer service is lacking, with issues regarding the return of personal belongings.
